Our signature first release gin from batch number one.
This is a contemporary dry gin combining fourteen classic and native Australian botanicals. Spice is brought to the fore by mountain pepperberry freshened with lemon myrtle. The citrus collective includes blood orange and finger lime, with desert quandong throwing in its subtle tartness. The classical notes come courtesy of juniper (of course), coriander and orris root, all rounded out with a hint of local lavender. And of course let’s not forget another local hero; The purest water brought from the ground in Hepburn, that every bottle of our gin contains.
Cut at 44% ABV our signature gin is the perfect G to pair with a T, to upgrade your classic gin cocktails, or smooth enough to drink neat over a block of ice.
