Order Process

Once you have placed an order and completed our checkout and payment process, you can expect to receive an order confirmation email, with your order number and details shortly thereafter. We’ll then get to work picking, wrapping and boxing your order.

Your order will be processed and dispatched from Hepburn Springs, VIC, within 2 business days and once it is in the hands of Australia Post we will then send you a dispatch notification email along with a copy of your invoice.

Current Delivery Times

In normal circumstances you can expect to receive your order within another 8 business days anywhere in Australia.

Unfortunately Australia Post services and parcel delivery times are still being impacted by the Coronavirus. We ask that you allow an additional few days to receive your order. We are able to track all parcels once dispatched from Hepburn Springs, VIC, and will endeavour to pass on information to you should there be longer than normal delays.
